Walnut Milk

A simple recipe for delicious, homemade walnut milk. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 C walnuts, soaked overnight (or a minimum 4 hours)

  • 2.5 C water (or more)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Sweetener (optional)

Method:

  1. Blend walnuts and water until smooth.

  2. Strain the liquid through a nut milk bag or cheese cloth.

  3. Add vanilla or any sweetener. Add more water if you prefer thinner milk.

  4. Shake well before serving.

  5. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
