Vegan Cheese Dip
1 C cashews, soaked for a minimum of 4 hours
1/4 C nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic
.75 C water + 1-2 T more if needed
2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 T paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Blend all ingredients.
Serve with tortilla chips, oil-free oven fries, crackers, or anything you’d like.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
