Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
Delicious, Healthy, & Easy to Make Plant-Based Dessert Recipe
3 T chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground flax (optional)
1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional— I find that serving the pudding with fruit is plenty sweet for me!)
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix well to avoid clumping. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Enjoy with fresh fruit or on top of oatmeal.
