Tajín Toasted Sweet Cashews
The perfect balance of salty, sweet, and rich. These toasted cashews taste amazing on salads, as a snack, or even crumbled up in stir-fried vegetables.
1 C cashews
2 T maple syrup or silan (date syrup)
1 T Tajín’s classic spice mix
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F.
Mix the ingredients together until the syrup and spices evenly coat the cashews.
Spread coated cashews onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper or a reusable baking sheet cover.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the syrup on the cashews become a bit crispy.
Let cool and enjoy.
