Tajín Toasted Sweet Cashews

The perfect balance of salty, sweet, and rich. These toasted cashews taste amazing on salads, as a snack, or even crumbled up in stir-fried vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 C cashews

  • 2 T maple syrup or silan (date syrup)

  • 1 T Tajín’s classic spice mix

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C / 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the ingredients together until the syrup and spices evenly coat the cashews.

  3. Spread coated cashews onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper or a reusable baking sheet cover.

  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the syrup on the cashews become a bit crispy.

  5. Let cool and enjoy.
