Rosemary Hibiscus Iced Tea
I love making my own herbal concoctions and infusions. With spring just around the corner, this refreshing rosemary hibiscus tea is perfect for any and all occasions. Made by steeping fresh rosemary and dried hibiscus leaves, I think you’ll LOVE this recipe and how refreshing it tastes.
1/4 C dried hibiscus flowers
1.5 C water
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Optional: 2 tsp of sweetener such as maple syrup or silan.
Bring the water to a boil. Place the flowers in a heat proof pot and pour the water over the flowers. Stir. Cover and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Add the fresh rosemary. Let cool completely before refrigerating.
