Healthy Plant-Based Vegan Breakfast Idea | Oatmeal Recipe | Easy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C instant oatmeal

  • 1/2 C frozen blackberries

  • 1/2 C frozen cherries

  • 1 C boiling hot water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 T ground flax

  • 1 T blackstrap molasses

  • 1/4 C nuts of choice (I used hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, and macadamia nuts)

Method

  1. Place dry oatmeal in a heat-safe bowl (i.e. not plastic).

  2. Pour water over the oats. Stir. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  3. Add remaining ingredients. Stir together and enjoy!
