Apple and Peanut Butter with Cinnamon
Easy vegan snack idea!
1 medium apple (honey crisp, pink lady, or braeburn work the best)
2 tsp unsalted, natural peanut butter (try to choose one that only lists peanuts in the ingredient section.)
Pinch of ground cinnamon.
Slice the apple, drizzle with peanut butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
