Crispy Baked Tofu
The best crispy tofu recipe to go with any meal!
1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed for 15-20 minutes to remove excess liquid.
3 T cornmeal (can substitute for corn starch or any flour)
1 T garlic powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut pressed tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.
In a small shallow bowl or plate, combine the cornmeal and garlic powder.
Gently roll tofu in the garlic cornmeal mixture. Completely each side in cornmeal.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
