Peasful Plate aims to empower individuals to cultivate peace, compassion, and healing for themselves, the planet, and those we share it with.

Functioning as a resource, a community, and an online journal, Peasful Plate is colored with art, spirituality, recipes, and travel. From arts to eating, you will find content to help you on your own holistic journey and uncover a more peaceful, compassionate life.

Health is an ongoing holistic practice that is nourished by community, compassion, self-care, art, and healing foods. Cooking, eating meals, and art have long been the center of communal gatherings whilst acting as meditative practices that cultivate connections to oneself and others. Whether positively or negatively, the food on your plate can impact your health and that of the environment.

Sharing ideas, food, art and incorporating mind-body practices in your life can help you feel more peace.

All recipes are vegan, plant-based, and as oil-free as possible.

A note from Elly:

The plant-based vegan diet has changed my life. I’m on a journey to heal my relationship with food, my body, and the world around me. Dance and art have kept my spirit nourished and alive. I hope to share my knowledge and passion with you as we grow together through this platform.

Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
